One seating, Friday & Saturday evenings, beginning at 7:00pm.

Our traditional prix-fixe dinner evening. The evening begins with cocktails in the barn or on the deck overlooking the pond and pastures.

Before dinner, guests may continue enjoying their cocktails on a hayride around the thousand-acre farm. A guitar serenade accompanies the passengers as they are pulled through the fields by tractor.  Our hayrides begin around 7:00pm and continue until everyone has had a ride.

A four-star dinner is served while live music fills the rooms. Guests are treated like family, and are encouraged to relax at their tables until the candles burn down.

Country Cottage
A Golden Lamb Favorite! Hearty cream based soup with cauliflower, celery, onions & leeks.

French Peasant
Beef consume based soup with all of the root vegetables - carrots, celery, parsnips, turnips, celery root, etc.

Chilled Pear Pineapple
Pears & pineapple pureed with triple sec, orange juice & sour cream. A truly refreshing soup!

Chilled Borscht
Puree of beets, garlic & herbs with sour cream.

Roast Duckling
The specialty of the house! Half a roast duckling slowly cooked all afternoon so the duck is crispy on the outside but tender and juicy on the inside. The meat will fall right off the bone! Our duck is cooked with onions and caraway seed and served with wild rice on the side.  Topped with a bing cherry sauce.

Chateaubriand
Flavorful & tender beef tenderloin cooked to perfection in a cast iron skillet with garlic & mushrooms. A single serving of Chateaubriand is then sliced into medallions on your plate and served with bearnaise sauce on the side.

Rainbow Trout
Pan Roasted Rainbow Trout stuffed with lump crab meat on a asparagus & potato cake.  Topped with sauteed shrimp and a sweet pea lemon sauce.

Rack of Lamb
Herb Roasted Rack of Lamb served with a feta, mint and roasted vegetable pearl couscous and sauteed minted pea and pearl onions in a natural reduction; brushed with a fresh mint glaze.

All entrees are followed by an array of family style vegetable dishes including a zucchini & summer squash casserole; shredded carrots with pineapple; beet and fennel salad; braised spring leeks; and sliced mushrooms with garlic, parsley & lemon juice.

and other Seasonal Desserts.

Our dinner menu is $75 per person, prix-fixe. Drinks, tax & gratuity are not included.
