A Uniquely Diverse Menu...

DINNER

One seating, Friday & Saturday evenings, beginning at 7:00pm.

Our traditional prix-fixe dinner evening. The evening begins with cocktails in the barn or on the deck overlooking the pond and pastures.

Before dinner, guests may continue enjoying their cocktails on a hayride around the thousand-acre farm. A guitar serenade accompanies the passengers as they are pulled through the fields by tractor.  Our hayrides begin around 7:00pm and continue until everyone has had a ride.

A four-star dinner is served while live music fills the rooms. Guests are treated like family, and are encouraged to relax at their tables until the candles burn down.

 

Smoked Mussel Bisque

Sausage & Kale

Chilled Pear Pineapple
Pears & pineapple pureed with triple sec, orange juice & sour cream. A truly refreshing soup!

Chilled Borscht
Puree of beets, garlic & herbs with sour cream.

Duckling
Pan Seared Duck Breast with confit of duck legs, wild rice, grilled baby bok choy and orange rosemary glaze.

Chateaubriand
Flavorful & tender beef tenderloin cooked to perfection in a cast iron skillet with garlic & mushrooms. A single serving of Chateaubriand is then sliced into medallions on your plate and served with potatoes au gratin, haricot verts, au jus, cippolini onions and a bearnaise sauce on the side.

Seared Sea Bass
Grilled sweet potatoes, asparagus, lobster cream sauce

Herb Roasted Rack of Lamb
Butternut & manchego cheese risotto, grilled baby carrots and zucchini, cabernet sauce.

All entrees are followed by an array of family style vegetable dishes including orange glazed carrots with fennel, rainbow swiss chard, minted peas and garlic mushroom salad.

Delicious options such as:

Chocolate Roll
Caramel Praline Cheesecake
Maple Bread Pudding

and other Seasonal Desserts.


Our dinner menu is $75 per person, prix-fixe. Drinks, tax & gratuity are not included.  

**In Celebration of our 53rd season, all Friday evening dinners in April and May will be a reduced $53 prix fixe.**

Requested Attire: Jacket & Tie.
